1/6 - 2/12 Intro to Weightlifting
A safe & fun way for teens to start weightlifting!
​
​Our 6-week Intro to Weightlifting Program is designed specifically for ages 13+ to learn safe, effective lifting techniques in a supportive environment.
Focused on basic barbell and dumbbell free-weights. Participants will learn proper squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques building general strength and confidence in lifting.

2/14 Kids' Night Out
Enjoy your Valentine's night while we take care of the kids!
We'll tire them out with some fitness fun then treat them to pizza, popcorn & a movie - all so you can have a free night to yourself!

7/14 & 7/21 Summer Fit Fun Sessions!
Join us for half day sessions this summer! A fun blend of challenges, obstacle courses, and games focused on body awareness, balance, mobility, cardio, and age-appropriate strength building.

Kids will also learn about healthy habits and science behind the exercises they do with daily crafts!
​
We will have plenty of time for rest and mindful recovery in between activities.
